So far in our group we have all answered the questions on our own and posted to the group forum. We are a little confused as to what we are supposed to do next and that is mostly what we are discussing right now.
Aside from learning styles and preferences, we should also take into account the type of course, the size of the class and the format in which it is going to be taught when designing instruction.

how does Twitter and Blogs accomplish learning objectives
As Andrew Church points out in his 2006 article Blom's Taxononmy Blooms Digitally, The understanding and analysing objectives can be achieved using these technologies. The understanding objective can be accomplished by instigating conversation about the subject which leads to collaboration. The analysis can be accomplished when a blogger posts his opinion about a subject and explains why he has that opinion.

I don't really have any myths about online learning. I work for the training group at Microsoft and half of the training we facilitate is online. the only thing that really comes to mind is that I had heard that online College classes are easier. I do not find that to be the case. I think that they are actually harder because it is too easy to put things off to the last minute and fall behind. I had heard most of the myths described in our reading but since I work with online training every day I knew most were not true. I can say that I prefer online classes. My hours are crazy at work so it helps that I can log on when I have the opportunity as opposed to having to show up at a classroom at a certain time. If it were not for online classes it would not be possible for me to go back to school.

a Typical class session
I typically log on a few times a day to check and see where I am in my studies. Since I normally work long hours I work in my homework in my work day. this sometimes means that I am doing homework at 2am. But I usually try to get several things done while waiting on downloads at work.
